Whether you're celebrating a birthday, welcoming a new baby with a baby shower, or making a big announcement at a gender reveal, we have the perfect space for your occasion.

Extended booking time, dedicated space for a photo wall, area for a present and/or cake table (on request).

You're welcome to bring your own cake or cupcakes! Please note that cake-cutting isn’t provided, and please remember to bring your own plates and spoons for serving.

Venue Hire Fee

Birthday parties (not including regular table bookings), baby showers, gender reveals, etc will incur a $100 fee.

Use of end veranda with blinds and part of shared grass area

$25 per head (20+ guests)

Our food package includes a generous selection of our staple menu items listed below. We’ll provide enough servings to comfortably cater to the number of guests covered by the package.

Rules:
- 1 drink per person at a time
- 2 hour limit, time starts at 3 pm
- Any misuse of drinks will result in cancellation of drinks

Gawler River Brewing Wedding Package

At Gawler River Brewing, we pride ourselves on hosting relaxed, intimate weddings in a beautiful country setting. With
stunning gardens, our rustic barn, and multiple reception spaces available, we offer the perfect backdrop for your
special day.

Please note: We do not offer exclusive venue hire. Weddings held at GRB will share the venue with the general
public. Your booked function area will remain private for your guests only; however, common areas such as the bar
and toilets will remain shared spaces.

Ceremony Hire

Celebrate your ceremony amongst our beautiful gardens and rustic barn setting.

Additional decorations or styling requests may need to be discussed with management and may incur additional costs.

Barn & Grass Ceremony Hire

$1,000

• Exclusive use of the ceremony space
• Set up and pack down of chairs (based on guest numbers)
• Use of the barn and surrounding grass area

Reception Areas

We offer two reception locations:

• Outside Picnic Area
• Inside Reception Area

All reception areas are subject to guest numbers and availability.

Outside Picnic Area Hire

Option 1 – Picnic Area As Is

$500

Reserved use of the picnic area with tables and chairs as currently set up.

Option 2 – Cocktail Style Picnic Area

$1,000

Includes rearrangement of tables and barrels using venue furniture.

Option 3 – Fully Custom Picnic Area

$1,500

Includes removal of existing furniture and the option to hire your own tables and chairs.
Additional $500 fee if GRB staff are required to set up hired furniture.

Inside Reception Hire

Option 1 – Inside Area As Is

$2,000

Exclusive use of the inside area with existing tables and chairs.

Option 2 – Cocktail Style Inside Area

$2,500

Includes rearrangement of venue furniture to suit your layout.

Option 3 – Fully Custom Inside Area

$3,000

Includes full removal of existing furniture and option to hire your own furniture.
Additional $500 fee if GRB staff are required to set up hired furniture.

Decoration Assistance

• Exclusive use of the ceremony space
• Set up and pack down of chairs (based on guest numbers)
• Use of the barn and surrounding grass area

Additional Information

• Food package options are available in our separate Events Package brochure
• Private chef options available with pricing arranged directly through the chef
• Cocktail food service available for an additional staffing fee
• Saturday extended hours available until 11pm for an additional $500 fee
• Live music, DJs, or personal speakers welcome within venue sound restrictions
• Drink tabs can be customised to suit your budget and preferences

Shared Venue Notice

The venue will continue operating to the public during your event. Shared areas include the bar, toilets, and general access areas.
