Looking for a new hobby while working in the building industry, Aaron decided to try his hand at brewing beer. Rather than starting with kits, he went back to basics, diving straight into all-grain brewing. The bug bit hard. Aaron became completely absorbed in perfecting his recipes, focusing on flavour rather than strictly following traditional styles. Before long, this passion gave rise to Thirsty Thursdays, where friends and family would drop by the shed after work to sample the latest brew. As the beers gained popularity and demand grew, it became clear that a bigger system was needed. From there, a plan was hatched — and the brewery that exists today was born. Aaron’s motto in business has always been simple: go hard or go home.
